Do Not...do not...do not complete any orders for this company regardless of how much they offer to pay you! They do not pay and have a very nasty demeanor when you do reach someone to inquire about the money you have earned. I've been waiting for almost a year for payment and although I have given up on receiving payment I feel they need to be exposed for the manipulative, fraudulent snakes that they are. I want them put out of business or maybe a class action lawsuit will let them know we aren't settling for their excuses. Also, file a claim with the BBB.
BrokerPriceOpinion.com - Nonpayment of valuation work
30 unpaid broker price opinion jobs, between June 2014 and February 2015. All were submitted timely and approved by quality control. They owe my company a total of $1, 540.00. I began rejecting their orders in February due to nonpayment. They repeatedly advise me that we are scheduled for payment, but we receive nothing.
BrokerPriceOpinion.com - non payment of fees for services rendered
BrokerPriceOpinion.com or FirstValuation.net are scamming US real estate professionals. They request BPO services, but do not pay in a timely manner. I have a unpaid BPO from September 2013 (one year ago). No amount of calling or emailing gets any pay result. The only information offered is that they expect to be able to pay in a few weeks -- then months go by without any explanation. I suggest every real estate professional that has been a victim of BrokerPriceOpinion.com file a complaint with the Colorado Better Business Bureau, the Colorado Attorney General's office, and with NABPOP.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
BrokerPriceOpinion.com - Didn't get paid
I completed several jobs for BrokerPriceOpinion.com and accumulated over $300. They owe me this amount for 3 months now and I haven’t received a cent from them so far. This company has no intention to keep their promises and they have no place in business because of that. Please avoid dealing with that company no matter what.
Laguna Beach, Dana Point, San Clemente. Broker Price Opinion has continually lied about when payment will come. Never has. I performed 5 jobs for them and NEVER was paid. They are complete dirtbags and any and all lenders should be made aware of the lies and cheating and misleading the Real Estate community. They are robbing good hard working agents of time, , money and security.
They MUST be stopped. We need to find out who the CEO and other board members are. They are incredibly dishonest and illegal.
BrokerPriceOpinion.com - nonpayment for bpos
Anyone who has done bpos for brokerpriceopinion.com (or any other bpo company) and has not been paid for bpo services rendered needs to speak up and report them; first, to the Colorado Better Business Bureau, second, to the Colorado Attorney General's office, and third, to NABPOP. I am in battle to get paid and have filed complaints with the above mentioned. If enough complaints are made, we can stop them from this type of business practice of not paying agents. I strongly encourage all agents to file complaints and have your data ready of jobs completed. I have been told by them through the BBB that I will be paid, but I have not received full payment yet. They did agree to pay me only after I complained to BBB in installment checks cut biweekly, but I have only seen one check and that was in December 2010. They still owe me quite a bit of money. They simply told me before I complained that they did not have the moeny to pay me and they didn't know when they would have it. They also told me that they were expecting an investor to come above with funds and at that time would be able to pay. Think about it: what investor would invest in a company that has BBB complaints against it? If you do not report them, they will continue to not pay agents for bpos. I've seen they've been doing this since 2004. NABPOP can certainly help stop them, if not report them to the banks who are using them for the bpos, to stop using them for bpos. If they continue with nonpayment for services rendered, they need to be put out of business.
No one should do any work for this company. I completed several broker price opinion assignments for this company. They don't pay for the services provided. They appear to be quite skilled in playing a game with the BBB system. They make false claims about their willingness to pay the outstanding debts, but then set a timeline that is multiple weeks out that they don't meet. Ironically they called me to inform me that they will start a payment plan to settle the debt. I was utterly insulted that such a call would even be made. If they were an ethical company they would overnight a check to clear the debt and apologize for the confusion. I viewed the call as a deliberate taunt by the company to poke me after I reactivated my BBB complaint with the Denver office. In my conversation with the local BBB they indicated that this company had hundreds of complaints and they were aware of their business practices. It is unfortunate that the local authorities allow an unethical company operate freely with in their community. The financial institutions that use this vendor should know how they operate and consider why they are continuing to do business with them.
I have also done many bpos and have yet to see a check at this time. Who is actually in charge of this company because they probably need to look for someone else.
They do not pay the brokers contracted to do BPOs There are hundreds of unpaid real estate brokers who are after this company. They have been in trouble for years. DO NOT USE THEM
I have some BPO's that have not been paid that exceed a year in non-payment. There was some attempt made last year to catch up on these but there are still several outstanding that probably exceed $2, 500. These need to be caught up.
In a mere 25 days my oldest invoice with this company will be 1 year old. Yep. 365 days. I have called Sarah, who sent me a $40.00 check out of the over $400.00 owed. I never got it until she had to "cancel and mail another". I have spoken with WALT COLT in one occasion who assured me that they would all be pain in 120 days. Yep...still waiting. Not preforming any more for a company who does not preform.

I'm going to give them the time the BBB says they have to respond and then if no attempt to pay is made I may have to look into a class action lawsuit. Of course, I want the money I worked for, but at this point I would love nothing more than for them to be forced to stop this practice. Then the bpo's might go to a company that actually respects their agents and pays them. It's not so much about the money for me anymore as it is justice for all of these agents doing good work then being disregarded while that company laughs all the way to the bank. All these comments on various boards angers me to no end and I feel everyone's frustrations. If anyone is interested in joining in Ill will start posting contact info after the BBB gives them their time up...I think mid Feb.
I reported them to the BBB earlier this month and they locked my account...no callback..they owe me $2000
Has anyone recently filed a complaint against them with the BBB? If yes, did that help at all? Thanks.
they paid me 1/4 of what they owed me after 6 months

CAN ANYONE PLEASE ADVISE IF THIS COMPANY HAS PAID IN FULL AFTER WAITING LONGER THAN 6 - 12 MONTHS?

They are the worst. I have been hounding them for $4610 since June 2014. Their game is to get as much work out of you without paying. I have contacted BBB of Colorado( whom has done nothing) The Colorado Attorney General, The Colorado Real Estate Board and Appraisal Board. Yet they are still in business because they deliver the work to their clients and never pay the independent contractors. My question is with so many complaints from people around the country, why doesn't any agency step in and seize their assets until we ARE ALL PAID.
