I updated my navigation system per Kia advising me to do so on 9/3/2022. Since that date, my navigation system nor my blue tooth, media have not worked. I have brought it in for service 3 times and still can't fix it. I am extremely frustrated and will be taking different measures if this is not fixed soon. This is a brand new $50,000 car and I should not be dealing with this and the fact that no one at Kia has an answer for me is totally unacceptable.
I have taken it in to service for this issue 3 times and they can't fix it. I have called the customer service department and they have hung up on me because they couldn't fix it and I guess didn't know what to do so that was their solution. Told me that I have called the wrong department even though I call the same number, and the last one told me that I need to wait for an update, and they have no idea when that will happen. Again, Totally, unacceptable.
This isn't a complaint about the staff in Enfield Kia it's about the fact that they are getting no answers from Kia directly.
Desired outcome: I want a new navigation system put in.
KIA Motors - 2015 Kia Soul

Over three weeks ago we experienced a issue with our 2015 Kia Soul. While on the highway the check engine came on and the car would not go over 2000 RPMs. We took it to our local mechanic who informed us that it was a knock sensor and that we had to bring it to the dealership for service. It has been at Gary Rome Kia in Enfield, CT for over 3 weeks. They informed us that they had 5 cars in the same condition and were in communication with Kia engineers. We have heard this story for three weeks with no solution in sight.
We purchased this car last year and also purchased an extended warrantee. The dealership has no loaner car for us, although they have said we are next on the list. They say that the warrantee may not pay for the repairs.
My husband has been fighting blood cancer and the financial strain from medical bills leaves us in a terrible position, as we still have car payments. When we purchased a KIA we thought we were getting a solid reliable vehicle. Did we choose the wrong car company or the wrong dealership?
I am asking that you look into this situation and authorize the repairs necessary to return the vehicle to optimum condition and a free loaner vehicle while we wait.
