Burger King - Kids meals and adults meals

My family and I visited the Burger King on Thomaston Ave, Waterbury CT on 2/11/23 around 12pm. I ordered two kids 6 piece chicken nuggets meals. They failed to tell me they did not have the toy to go with the meal. When I received my order, the kids meals were not in the bag they come in and no toy. When I informed the front staff that they did not include the toy, they responded that they did not have the toys. This should have informed from the start when I ordered the kids meals. Try explaining to my son, who is on the Autism Spectrum that they did not have toys! To make it worse, they didn't even offer to replace the toy with extra fries or even extra nuggets. I'm also highly disappointed with the meals I ordered for myself and my husband. We asked for Medium size meals. We got the correct size drink and fries, however; we should have just ordered the small instead. The container for the fries was half empty. I understand that there are hard times and the cost of things are going up, but when you pay for something like Medium fries, we should have gotten what we paid for. I attempted to do the survey and was unsuccessful, because the receipt was not very clear, The store number was not fully printed nor was the transaction number. I am so highly disappointed. I have visited many Burger Kings because it is one of my families favorite fast food place, this Burger King need major help. It is outdate, not very clean and it needs to really give what people what they paid for. Its also important to tell customers when they don't have a product. Wish I took a picture of my children's disappointed face when they learned the kids meal didn't come with a toy because they didn't have any.

Desired outcome: Update the store, train the staff and give what people pay for. Also get some gift cards so I can take my children to a different Burger King

I purchased a Burger King gift card for $50.00 about a year ago. I had not used the Burger King gift card, until today. I ordered two whoppers burgers and attempted to pay with the Burger King gift card, and had to wait a while in line , and the cashier then told me that the Burger King card could not be used. So, I had to pay for the two burgers in cash. I then got home and called the 1-866 customer service number and checked my balance and was I informed that my balance is $50.00. I want to know if I can be issued another Burger King gift card with the $50.00 , that is the balance on the card that I bought, but does not work.

Burger King - my breakfast sandwich

I always get the 2 for 4 breakfast sandwich the French toast sausage egg and cheese sandwich and it always have 2 half's of egg and on this particular day I go and order it and it's one half which I noticed after I got it after being parked like every time I come for 2 sandwiches i left because I was hungry but it totally wasn't fulfilling and it had me upset you guys finally have something that is better than McDonald's mc griddle and to cut my egg in half I'm not happy about it I'll never go back and get it again if you wanna contact me my number is+[protected] my name is Dee
