I visited your location in Waterford ct last night, December 14. I have always loved Moes and any food I have ever ordered but this time I was highly disappointed with the food the service and general experience. I spent over $24 for a meal that was less than what I had expected. My dinner partner also said the same. The chicken was fatty, they didn't have some of the toppings ready and said they could make more, some of the toppings were old and dry. The taco shells were broken and the overall cleanliness was not what I usually find at a Moes location.

My wife and I went to the Waterford location on Monday September 30th. There was no "welcome to moes" greeting as the only visible employee was busy. As we waited, longer than normal, to order I noticed most of the burrito topping containers were empty or close to empty. We finally ordered my wife's burrito and while the employee was making it my wife went to get salsa from the salsa bar. The employee had to refill containers of toppings while making her burrito. At this time I noticed flies landing on her food. My wife returned with no salsa because there wasn't any. At this point I told the employee to stop, we were leaving. He said nothing. Offered no apology. Its a shame. We go to this location several times a month. I doubt we will return.
Moe's Southwest Grill - rude on the phone and wait time for food being delivered
i ordered my food thru grubhub at 707pm it was just now delivered at 912 pm i had to call and complane. when the person told me that its grub hubs fult for not submitting the order i went thru 2 differnt drivers to get my food one waiting 45 mins the other a half hour. this is unaccepable and i told them i want my food that i paid for. and thru all of the hassle they still gave me the wrong food i asked for a cup of guac thst i did not get a salad that didnt even cover the bottom of the bowl and a small soda when i asked for a large that i ofc had to pay extra for all of it. and becuase of the lateness of my food no longer have time to eat it because my lunch was over before my food was even delivered. i have multple text messages from my driver sitting she asked multiple times when my order was going to be made they blatantly refused to make it even though she showed proof of my order and then proceeded to tell her that the customers that are inside their store are more important than on the go order and the restaurant miniature I know the level of disrespect that I was given when I call the store and ask why was what was going on with my food and why it was taking so long they blamed GrubHub for not submitting the order and that they were understaffed and very busy but if GrubHub have not submitted the order I wouldn't have gone thru not only one but two different drivers just have to get my food. I told the person who picked up the phone that I wanted a complete refund and I still wanted my food that I was ordering and waiting for because now not only are they costing me money but they are costing the two drivers that were waiting for my food not to mention that the portions that they gave me where we diculous my salad didn't fill my bowl I paid $17 for three tacos that aren't even filled I know the portions of food that they give because I go into the store and order the same thing and it's much bigger
