On July 10, 2020 I purchased a washer/dryer set from Lowe's and after two washes, the washer stopped working and the dryer lint trap never worked because the install was incorrect on both items. However, not only was the install incorrect, both of these items were defective. They probably sat in the store for years before being sold. Whirlpool sent out the the worst techs (never on time, if they showed up at all). Finally after months, last week Lowe's sent someone from their company to retrieve the washer/dryer. No word about replacing the items and no answer from lowe's about any status regarding the issue. I have reached out several times to whirlpool and still no resolution. It has become almost a daily pursuit to try to get my washer/dryer replaced or a refund to purchase new items. It seems unacceptable that these two large companies can be so careless about coming to a resolution. I hope that any future buyers beware before making any purchases such as I have. I am so frustrated with having to go through this ordeal. I hope to get a refund or at the very least, a replacement.
