My name is Marivic Carson i was at BJ's club #15 new castle delaware on 12/24/19@ 11:30 am buying a card and a flower for an old lady next door neighbor, after i check out i stop by on the front supervisor desk casandra was behind the dest, i ask her if she can change me with a 50 dollar bill she said no, i said ok i go to customer service i was on the line and talk to donna, donna said i dont have 50 dollar bill or enought on my cash register. so donna ask Cassandra if she has a change on her register or 2/10 dollar bill cassandra look up and see after she finish the other customer shes helping i come in front of her she just like she dont see me and left after donna talk to her. so i feel oh my thats rude. she just walk away then i see another suprvisor and ask her if i can talk to the manager on duty she call Jeaneth and shes the upront supervisor to i told her what happen an it seem she dont care either and donna said what i want so i told her for being you dont have a 50 dollar bill i just need 2 ten so i can closed the christmas card and she give me the change... then cassandra come over giving me a nusty look and i said thats the way you treat your customer she said i dont care i said ok i guess i just have to call the store manager then she said go a head i dont care...in closing is christmas i believe just a good customer service that be nice, before i shop at bjs all the time but the treatment i am recieving i limit my shopping and my family and friend at bjs cause of the rudeness of the associate and called front end supervisor..
hope this is help and changed the attitude of the associate club 15 in new castle delaware..
