Whereas, upon placing a digital order via Burger King's, iPod app, I was perplexed and astonished at the lack of customer service, digital interface between stores and corporate input. Henceforth, it is unwaivering that both the stores and corporate entity are substandard and an abomination.
Whereas, I ordered three items to be prepaid and picked up via a drive through facility at the aforementioned address (copies, screen shots and corporate Website instructions follow).
Therefore, upon arrival, I told my order number to the person that speaks via a box in a drive through area. The commencement of issues are indicated below
• The staff did not recognize a digital order, henceforth, order number 4 met with initial resistance, albeit my credit card was charged.
• I was directed to proceed to a, "window." Upon arrival, I was told, they no longer carry the item (albeit on the Burger King Website, the drive through ordering display, prominently highlighted) and my credit card.
• I politely asked to simply return the item and or my purchase to my credit card which resulted in a heated conversation shouted among employees, whereby, the final verdict was returns cannot be processed.
• The person who worked at the, "window" briefly left and returned explaining they had, "found the item."
• Next, this person asked me to pull to the front of the building (I immediately felt unsafe and knew it was a violation of vehicular law.). Nevertheless, I was confident I could explain to the Police what was amiss.
• After the abridged version of perplexing oddity indicated above, after the .25 mile drive home I discovered the order was incorrect.
• I tried to fill out the digital survey but Burger King corporate did not include the aforementioned on digital drive through receipts. One can visit 12+ such Websites, however, one cannot get in without answering the first question, input store number.
I plan to call anybody I can get a hold of tomorrow a Burger King.
Unfortunately, one cannot post all the photographic errors here but I hope to find out where.
