Tire Kingdom

I needed to 2 new tires so I Went to tire kingdom in Boynton Beach FL on 3030 s congress ave to get 4 new tires put on. While I was there Cesar the manager took my car in and I watched him try to remove and mount the tires right side up on my custom 3-piece rims to which I went to sitting down thinking he knew what he was doing being the store manager, said he would be in 15min I asked Clifton if he knew what he was doing and he said yeah. After he was done, he said he had a bit of trouble mounting the tires but I'm all set. that was 4,28,22. The car barley gets used. I did a quick walk around and notice all 4 rims were scratch from the wheel machine they were small scratches on the inside 2nd lip. on 5,14 took the care back after washing the car and showed Cesar there was an area 1"long x ¼" wide gash that pop the rivets and pulled the SS lip away from the rime and that Black 2nd lip finish had been scraped off by the tire machine and the other tires where all the rims were scratched up where he tried to remove and mouth the tires He lied to my face saying the rims were like that when I brought the car in, then he said he forgot to take a picture or tell me about, After I told him I did a walk around and I have pictures of my rime before the work with no damage. I told him don’t lie to my face I watched you try to mount one of them. He then suggested that I take off all the lips and throw them away since they did not affect the rim. I said they came that way and I am not going to eat your mistake and fix your damage. Then he said just buy the lips and he would put it on. I said no thank you. Ill talk to you again since he was such in a rush to get back in.. I showed the pictures I took before he touched the car he refuse to own the issue. been calling the CS number since 5/16 to6/7 to speak with a GM - scott mitchel left 5 messeage no call back and someone said the they called me and fixed the rim. still no call from the GM

After he was down he said he had a bit of trouble mounting the tires but I'm all set.that was 4,28,22. The car barley gets use. He lied to my face saying the rims were like that. I showed the pictures I took before he touched the car he refuse to own thr issue.

I called for an appointment and given total price for oil change and free tire rotation. After oil change completed, I was charge more than the quote and no tire rotation. Reason was tires on back better than on front, so company policy doesn’t allow rotation. This is not logical. Even new tires at their first rotation will show more wear on front tires than rear tires. That is one of the reasons why we rotate tires, balance out the wear and replace all four at one tire. Your policy will force people to replace two at a time and never rotate.

I will not return to buy tires as your rotation policy does not allow for rotation.

How is it possible that a major tire retailer could have such a policy?

The tire retailer in Boynton Beach on 3030 S. Congreve Ave. If you are interested, I can scan a copy of my work order that states why the retailer refuse to rotate my tires.

I had an oil change done at this establishment on August 17, 2019. Prior to this my car was running fine. The next day I noticed my car was trying to stall at stoplights. On August 22, 2017 my battery died while I was at work . I called tire Kingdom and told them what happened. I spoke to Alex he told me that my car battery could die at any given moment and they were not responsible. He also said they did not have road service and I had to bring the car there if I wanted them to look at it. My car battery is only two years old. I did not leave anything on in the car that would have drain the battery. My brother is A master mechanic and told me that a battery could not die within a couple days of been checked. When I spoke to Alex I told him my employment was only a mile down from where the store was and he still would not offer assistance. I asked a coworker to jumpstart my car and when he open the hood he found the cap my Power steering Fluid off and sitting on the engine and the fluid was low.
I was not at all happy with the customer service that Alex gave me and he basically blew me off. Unless this matter is rectified I will no longer use tire Kingdom for my oil changes or any other services and I will share my experience with my coworkers and anyone I know.
