We waited 2 1/2 hrs for a front end alignment recheck ( had been done exactly 2 weeks prior), because new tires were installed some where else and wanted it rechecked. I was told after inquiring and seeing no one attending to it, they couln't find that nites paperwork, but it could't be aligned because it needed (4) ball joints. and a manager would call me with the price at 11:30 Am the next day. I had 2 other places check and was told ball joints were not required. I called the 800 number and the store manager called back and says the tech still says there is slight movement on the lower right bj and to come in tomorrow
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Tire Kingdom - rebate
Tire Kingdome had a Hundred Doller Holiday rebate on the purchas of 4 new tires. I purchased 4 new tires from the Bradenton Florida Tire Kingdom and sent in the required information to the rebate center.
I now have received a notice that I will not receive my rebate due to the SKU number not being on the invoice showing where I purchased the tires. I have contacted this Tire Kingdom location and they will not respond to my calls. I have contacted the corporate location and they will only record the compalaint.
I will never purchase anything from a Tire Kingdom again.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
We received the same response. I sent in the rebate form, the original detailed receipt of payment showing the tires I purchased, the model numbers, etc. The rejected the rebate saying "no SKU" number! Total consumer scam.
