This evening 06/24/2021I ordered a 16oz Columbian coffee with extra French Vanilla Creamer and a Shorty Tuna Sandwich. I put in the notes that I was sitting at the tables outside.
I did this because it was raining and I wanted to be courteous and allow the people inside to stay dry. All I wanted was my order so I could take it home as I had been food shopping and had items to put in my refrigerator.
When I placed my order there was only 1 person that I could see in the store which is highly unusual as the store is usually very busy. In any case I was0ited 40 minutes and went inside and told them to cancel my order. The woman at the register said your order is ready. The last thing I wanted was cold coffee and a soggy sandwich. I told her to cancel and I called my bank and had the charge removed
This store needs much better management as not only is the service poor but the restrooms are filthy. The tables outside are usually dirty and the trash cans are usually over filled and not emptied in a timely fashion.
Something needs to change starting with management as they should see these problems. It will be a long time before I return to this store if ever if something doesn't change at this store.
Wawa has a great reputation and the food and services at most stores is outstanding but certainly not at this store
