On December 15, 2023, at approximately 10:20 am I deposited $5100 at 12964 Cortez Blvd, Brooksville, FL 34613 at the Wells Fargo atm. The atm had to take the sum in increments, the first increment went by smoothly, but then the machine started spitting back money at me, which I continued to re-insert into the machine, it then said it couldn't deposit into my savings account so I clicked checking account. The machine kept taking photographs of my money as if it were a check. By the time the machine had taken all of my money, I should have received 4 receipts via email. I received only 2 receipts and my online banking reflected only $2900 in my savings and $600 in my checking. I promptly called my bank. The lady told me she could see a total of $1200 in my checking and $2900 in my savings. She assured me that I would get my $1000 back after an investigation, and she gave me case number [protected]. They then gave me a provisionary credit to my savings account and have now reversed that credit with a letter stating that the investigation concluded that my deposit of $2900 is accurate, this is impossible. I put $5100 into that machine, it recorded $600 two times in my checking for a total of $1200, and $2900 in my savings account there is $1000 not recorded. I don't know what else to do at this point, but I am sure that no investigation has taken place because the atm would have been $1000 over. The only proof I potentially have is the atm cameras. I am now I'm out one thousand dollars with no remedy. The letter states I need to keep all receipts until the correct amount is deposited into my account, but I did not receive 2 of the 4 transactions via email. Please help.
