Had front doors replaced in July 2021. IT IS NOW JANUARY. Installers who came in July were great, got the job done quickly and efficiently EXCEPT they didn't have the door handles. They put old handles on doors, told me the office would call to schedule someone to come out with new handles. No one called so I reached out multiple times before getting a person to answer. They had someone come out but he had the WRONG handles. He said someone would call me. They didn't so I reached out, left messages, called once a week until finally got through to a person. She said the item was on back order and they would call me when they had an update. No calls. After about a month I attempted to make contact. After multiple messages, "dropped" calls, and "transfers" to the warehouse, I finally got in touch with someone. Still not in. Fast forward to November and we finally get an appointment for someone to come. They don't show. We call to reschedule, can't come until after the holidays. Schedule for first Friday in January 2022. Installers come. Have the door handle kit, are gearing it installed, it is missing a piece. They call their office, say someone will contact me on Monday. We don't get a call. I reach out Tuesday to three different numbers, leave 1 message, cal another local number and am put on hold for 5minutes and transferred to leave a voicemail, then call corporate and speak to someone but she's unable to select the WW branch closest to my location so picks one on the other side of the state saying they will get it to the appropriate office. Basically we have been getting the run around for 6 months and the job isn't complete.
