I went in for 2 tires on the front. Salesman john checked the mileage and tires. During an hour of waiting john proceeds to show me the radiator cap saying "if we had done this it would not look like this". I replied "the last time I had tires put on one of the lug nuts was not even screwed in". The car was finished, I paid and left only to return with a shimming in the frontend. Both tires that were moved from the back to the front were splitting. Now, I need two more tires. After replying why they were not caught. You have time to show me my radiator cap but no observation of removing tires from one area to another : the tires split. On top of that, a group of 'out of the country' customer needs tires for a 38' boat trailer and they give them a deal on their tires. Mine they miss a real problem and cannot seem to give me a discount. As I asked the manager tom is the buy 4 tire deal still on. He says "no! Not those tires. No deal for me just a slap in the face attitute. I'll take me autos somewhere else, and my friends too.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
