I called IPS on 1/5/2021 to confirm that the first order I had placed and was charged for was cancelled, as I had replied to the email confirmation, as I was told to, to have the order cancelled and then to place a new one and my money for the first order would be refunded. I checked my credit card online and saw that the money had not been refunded, which was the reason for my call. I spoke with "Jo" who was extremely rude, instead of being helpful, made accusations of incompetence, didn't listen at all, then placed me on hold when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I hung up then called back (hoping I would get someone else), but it was Jo again. I asked to speak to a supervisor again, she refused to connect me with one, said, "Have a nice day, " and hung up on me.
I was surprised at this because I shipped something through them several months ago and had no problems whatsoever.
I have no photos to send, but can provide the emails associated with this, if needed.
Desired outcome: Refund to credit card of first charge. Disciplinary action, preferably firing of "Jo"
