There was trash piled in the hallways, my bed didn't have pillows on it my room phone did not work the TV remote did not work. There's a lampshade missing off the lamp by the beds the bathroom lights did not work it was completely dark and wasn't able to see. There were no towels in my room I asked the front desk for towels and she stated that they did not have any. There were children's underwear underneath one of the beds and a glob of sticky substance in the middle of the floor between the beds. Also the floors were un-vaccumed and there was food in the fridge and garbage on the nightstand. This was from a one-night stay at a Red roof inn in Clearwater Florida. I have pictures and videos but your site will not allow me to upload them.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund
