Thorntons

Today is February 1st in the time is 11:35 and I am sitting here at the Thornton's located in Clearwater on Gulf to Bay Boulevard and I had just stopped to park because there was some issues I had to deal with with my phone and I didn't want to be texting while I was driving and I wasn't bothering anybody I wasn't playing my music loud or anything I wasn't harassing anybody or panhandling I have a full-time job and I am a regular customer and a Thornton's card holder and I've been coming to this location I have given it a very good review but this particular employee who is female an African American contacted another employee about my parking here for a substantial amount of time and literally I have only been here for 45 minutes she sat there and told the other employee that I had been here all day I literally just got off of work I'm in my uniform and I am very very offended because I have done nothing to interfere with their job or their place of business I have not harassed people I've done nothing but stay in my car and try to figure out some things that were going on before I was going home and I don't appreciate being treated like some common homeless Junkie that hangs out here begging for money you know because that's exactly what I've been treating like and it is very very disheartening to have that kind of rudeness bestowed upon me since I've been a valued and loyal customer to Thornton's for quite some time and I don't appreciate the lack of compassion or the lies from this particular employee that was working I'm not sure what her name is but I have had complaints with her before about her attitude and her rudeness and I just don't appreciate it I could understand if I was harassing people or if I was doing something illegal or what not but I am just parking in a parking spot there are plenty of other parking spots available and I am not interfering with anybody's job and I think it is very sad that this employee this particular female employee took it upon herself to lie and say that I've been here all day when I really hadn't and it is not safe to drive and text and play on your phone so I decided to pull over and I bought some cigarettes I want to side about a drink and I came back out here my car to finish what I was doing and like I said there are homeless people that hang out here all the time that they don't run off their homeless people that bug me all the time for money beg for money they stay up here they hang out at the store and the employees do not run them off and I don't understand what the problem is if I'm just sitting here minding my own business you know especially after I already went and purchased items at the store and I really don't feel like I was treated as a preferred customer . The employee name is LaSonya I do not know her last name but I have spoken to other employees about her rude attitude towards me.. I work custom customer service I have over 15 years experience and the most key important aspect is to deliver the best service I can.. even if they are being rude I smile and wish the a good day but I do not harass my customers who stay parked in my job unless I ok observe them doing something illegal or dangerous which none of those things she had to worry about with me tonight. I'm very very offended and I do not understand what her problem is because I have been nothing but nice to her and to all the employees who know me on a daily and nightly basis. But she has an attitude issue and this is unacceptable to me as a frequent shopper here at this location..
