invoice # K1CS15371, Kia Soul LX VIN# KNDJ23AU5L7075709 Had a defective steering wheel in which the rubber had separated from the frame of the steering wheel. On 6/5/23 went into Kia of Clermont Florida for replacement. At that time it was mentioned that they were also doing an alignment. I asked if it's not required when replacing the steering wheel, the tires look good I don't need it. After the steering wheel was replaced, my Wife took the car out of town. When she came back 800 miles later, the front tires were chewed up on the inside & outside edge of the tire. We love this car it's sad Kia of Clermont went to the extreme to try to upsell something I didn't need in addition to ruining 2 perfectly good tires and costing me to get the car realigned. I've taken great care of this car along with oil changes and tire rotations. They unaligned my car and ruined my front tires! I did take it back to Kia Of Clermont on 6/20, and even before I could explain the problem they were in total denial. Tires wouldn't do that in that short of time! Even though they looked at the car 3 separate times before replacing the steering wheel on 6/5 there was nothing wrong with the tires at that time. Robert Fugate [protected] [protected]@aol.com
