I ordered and paid for pictures for my son. Not only did the pictures never come, but I had to call to have them resent to my home. When the pictures finally arrived they were of a child that I do not know. I'm not understanding why I can't receive what I paid for. This is getting ridiculous, pictures cost way too much to have to go through these issues. You guys had absolutely no problem taking the money out of my account but I get the run around when the time comes to send me what I paid for. I have enclosed a picture of my son. I don't know who the child on these life touch photos is. The kids sitting on the steps is mine, he and the other child look nothing alike as you can see on the other picture.
Desired outcome: This is my sons senior year and I want all the memories I can get, I want my sons puctures
