I was trying to use my gift card with a cashier and it would not swipe so she called TerryMarie over to assist. We told her it wasn't swiping and she told the cashier (out loud) that she was not taught how to manually enter a gift card. After going back and forth with her telling me it doesn't swipe because I have no balance (which we all know doesn't happen). She told me to enter the gift card number into the swipe pay station. I did not have my glasses with me and ask if she could because I don't have my glasses and her response was "that sounds like a YOU problem". The customer behind me tried to provide help as she works in customer service but she ignored her. I told her I have no other way to pay and to please try again. She got extremely aggitated, deleted my order and told the cashier to take the next person in line. I said I was the next person and she said no you are not a customer your card has no money. Eventually she took me over to register one and said she would try there which was fine so I wasn't holding up the line but when she asked for the bag so she could scan it back in, she yanked it from me and threw it into your front corner office and told me to get the f*ck out of her store. This is when I raised my voice in disbelief. I did leave and was followed out by 2 other paying customers to let me know that was completely wrong of her and offered their names and phone numbers in case someone wanted an outside perspective of what happen. I am asking for a response back and for this to be resolved BEFORE I start posting reviews and taking this farther. I look forward to hearing from someone about the UNBELIEVABLE situation. Thank you.
