Red Wing Shoes

On October 3, 2020 we purchased Red Wing style 2156 Men's Truwelt Chukka Boots from the Red Wing store in Gainesville, Florida-I have the receipt. They were out of stock and we were told they'd be shipped to us by middle to late October. Toward the end of October I called the store to get a shipping status update and was told that the boots were discontinued and we'd receive a refund. After a couple of weeks of not receiving the refund, I called the store again and was told that there were issues with their computer system and all records were unavailable. I called the corporate office and the voicemail said they were experiencing "technical" difficulties and to leave a message. There was no opportunity to speak to a representative. I left a message. I called again and left a message. I then emailed them. I then called the store again and spoke to Kaitlyn who said she would speak to the regional manager and call me back. She never called back. I cannot believe that I cannot speak to a representative at the corporate office! It is customer service at its worst. We have been buying those boots for years and never ever will we do business with Red Wing again. I'm done waiting. I'm telling everyone I can about the bad service and will start posting on social media.
