Hello there
I always do my orders online to avoid the lines usually in the application it tells you the pick-up time and it is never ready, I always have to wait around 20 minutes after the time established in the application, when you arrive at the restaurant no one can attend you correctly, if you ask for the manager, they don't know how to call the manager because they can't, well the customer service is terrible
