Taco Bell - taco salad shell

I use to love taco salads from Taco Bell; however, I just got a salad, brought it home, and bit into one of the worse things I have ever had in my mouth. The shell tasted horrible. Needless to say, I spit it out and ate no more. I have never written a complaint like this before, but I thought you should know what one of your locations is serving your customers. My husband and I will probably not go back.
