I took my daughter here to pick up her phone order. She ordered 1 pecan waffle and 1 reg waffle a order of bacon and an orange juice. My daughter didn't tell me until we were driving how they messed up her order. But, yet they were rude to her a 15 yr child because they failed to follow directions. So when we got home the order was incomplete she was missing her bacon. Not to mention there were particles floating around in the orange juice. Then on top of that after checking my bank app I they overcharged my debit card. I know I tried calling 3-5 times. It was a lot because my daughter was like mom they are going to answer it's no point on continuing to call. I told my daughter now you see why I don't eat here anymore. Very poor product quality and service.
