I went to tire kingdom for oil changing on November 18th, 2023, which is located at Hypoluxo, Lantana, they did oil change and suggested changing four tires with good deal. which was Blackhawk, I drive Honda civic 2018, about 45,000 miles so far. next day on Sunday I was driving on congress avenue going to friend's house, somebody told that your tire was flat, so I looked the passenger side tire was flat, I called the tire kingdom they don't have the same one, they will give the better tire which was Kelley brand, but they said you have to pay the labor charge, I'm not happy for it, I paid already all four tires labor charges. they should replace it without paying. we got new Kelly tire for one passenger side. on Monday I drive on the I-95 the dashboard showed low pressure sign of tire.
again, I called tire kingdom, they said bring it to the shop. It can't be happened these are all-new tires, how many times I should go to check or replace the tires. I visited tire kingdom for my two cars for a long time, this is ridicules customer service and not trusting their tires anymore.
Tire Kingdom - oil change / rotation

I wanted to make a complaint to the treatment and the false advertising given to the public that the rotation is done free is a lie, because depending on the moment, they do not do it, my tires were bought there, and the front tires (they were not so bad ) I intended to change in a month, the 2 backs were new, so I left without making the rotation, I also, meant that the employees are very rude, I'll leave a bad review and now try another company !
