I walked intio store with a chaperone 10 minutes before closing grabbed what I needed & remembered I needed a card for my dad, I have rp (retinis pigmentosa) im considered legally blind so things take me little longe. They announced store was closing so I went over to paym, lady register said have to use other register so I sai where here because I can not see like evryone else can, the young man with long hair who worked there at that register made a smart [censored] comment, yeah this one there isnt any other one is there? So I started to tell him I did not appreciate that comment because I cant see but he he cut me off & said " well I dont appreciate having to [censored]ing stay later! (yes he said that to me! I was shocked! I so I said [censored] this & left the purchases. And he said go ahead leave them I dont care, so I stopped & turned around & explained told him I m legally blind that why I could see the other register no need to be rude you [censored] & left. He didnt care didnt apologize, they never locked the doors to not let others in, never gave a 5 minute warning to bring purchases up, he got rude, insulted me & cursed at me. Wow! The employee was a white young male with very long hair like a girl. I didnt get his anme but it was tonight 7/16/21 at the clearwater location the address is 3665 I plan on calling tomorow to speak to manager there. The female working with him said nothing to him so I assume neither were managers.
Desired outcome: he really needs to not work with public with mouth like that
