One day I walked in to get my coffee which I do every single day and quite a few times I heard this one lady I'm guessing she's some sort of a manager I didn't catch her name but I thought I heard someone call her Liz and she speaks to her employees like the children I thought it was wrong because we all have personal problems and are going through a really bad time with Covid she doesn't know who is going through work for her to be speaking to people the way she did to the customer she's nice but I employees she was very disrespectful and rude and I felt bad for them
