The managers are drug addicts or alcoholics or both, pathetic corporate representatives who don't do their jobs, owners who show up once a month and don't do a damn thing about their employees doing drugs, stealing, not doing their jobs because they are insufficiently trained by a noneffective website called schoox. If the manager can just have me log in and then do the training program for me while work I the line because they aren't trained to work in the kitchen and can't do my job then how is that effective? The restaurant is filthy and disgusting, it smells terrible, there is black mold growing on the walls, the dishes are all dirty because they don't have a proper dish machine. Roaches and rodents running around the kitchen. Half your employees are out back smoking weed and doing whatever else they feel like instead of their jobs. No one being written up when they don't do their jobs because management is too friendly with their subordinates and too busy buying drugs off their employees. And the owner doesn't want to pay anyone unemployment if they have to fire someone cause he's a cheap [censored]. No one in the kitchen is wearing hair nets so there is always hair falling in the food. No response from management or corporate when you make them aware of the problems. Sorriest excuse for a business I ever see, this is just a hangout spot for the managers and drug den for the employees.
