Greystar Real Estate Partners - Poorly managed apartment complex

Village at Lake Lily in Maitland Fl. Ever since Greystar took over the first week of 4/2023, the whole complex has gone downhill. Since they took over, the hots tubs still don’t work (been down since 2/2023), the pools are not cleaned (I’m not sure if they ever have been since they took over), but they have time to replace all the poolside furniture… the gate into one resident parking garage has been broken since the second week of April. An email was sent out that the garages were fixed and it is still broken. Since the gates have been broken, there have been multiple car break ins, homeless people going through the dumpsters and making a mess. And coming home late at night is no longer safe because of the broken gates, people have been selling drugs and camping out in the garages. Maintenance requests are constantly ignored, the office staff is rude and does not make sure maintenance is up kept. The hallways have not been mopped since April, when bell partners was the management, the hallways were mopped at least 2 times a week. This place calls themselves “luxury living” for broken amenities and a declining complex. It’s truly a joke to call some place luxury if they can’t clean dog excrement from the hallways in a timely manner (2+ week it took and 4 phone calls all on different days). Packages are also constantly being stolen because management will do nothing to aid in the delivery drivers having access to parcels, packages left out in the open with a broken gate and broken doors to get into the garage…. how great. This company sucks and would rather have their residents in danger than anything.

Desired outcome: Fix the broken amenities, broken gate, broken doors, broken hot tubs, clean the pools, clean the hallways, and don’t be rude to residents.
