I was in the store around 10:30 this morning. There was one cashier on line one, another cashier opened up another line on four, she said next one in line so I went to her line on 4 and she told me I was cutting line not knowing that line 1 had at least 15 people in line. Several people told me to go ahead, and she refused to wait on me. She called me out like I did something wrong. I am a teacher and I go to your store on Wickham road every day, spending several dollars each day. This was an assistant manager named Anne because I called to talk to a manager and she had the same attitude saying she was the assistant manager on duty, very rude, If she was any type of manager she would be opened up another line before there was 15 people waiting. What happened to customer service with a smile, the so-called manager could take some tips from the employee on line one, a sweetheart. You have lost our services at this location on Wickham road in Melbourne, Florida, so all the teachers in our facility will be going elsewhere
