Dear Old Navy,
I am writing to complain about my recent experience at your store in Viera, Florida. On July 23, 2023, my daughter and I purchased $180.00 worth of school clothes. When we went to checkout, the cashier asked if we wanted to carry the clothes out in our hands or purchase a bag for $0.15. I was shocked that we would not be provided a shopping bag for such a large purchase. There was no way that I could carry five pairs of shorts and five t-shirts in my hands out of the store. This is an inconvenience to customers.
I am very disappointed with Old Navy's customer service in this matter. I will not be shopping at your store again until this issue is resolved. That is ridiculous
