Walmart - shopkick walmart digital card

On December 14th, 2019 I visited the Walmart. I took 12, 500 from Shop kick and, received a $50 gift card from Shop kick. Upon trying to use the $50 gift card I was in informed that there was no money on it. But, when I dialed 888-537-5503 the recording stated that the balance was $50.
