CG Cosmetic Surgery

I paid full amount 7000 dollars for Dr. Carvalho and last min, they changed the doc to Dr.Dillon who was 1000 dollars cheaper at the CG cosmetics at miami. they said they would refund the 1000 dollars money back within 2 weeks. Every time we call, different person picks up amd no one assures the money back.

They then asked me to email them at [protected]@cgcosmetic.com. i have been emailing them every single day and its been 4 months and every time, they have different excuses.

I am from Sarasota. I have a (n x) friend that works at this clinic I scheduled surgery with Dr Krau who has an office in Bal Harbour. I had no idea this clinic was not his. And I'm not sure why he is working here. I paid in full 6000.00 on May 25. My pre op was scheduled for June 18 and surgery June 19. On the day of pre op they sent me a text of address of clinic. I was surprised to see it was in s miami when doctor office in Bal Harbour. When I arrived at the clinic I was shocked at what I saw. A line of people trying to get in. It looked more like people who would be at a pain clinic not a doctors office. There were so many people in there and not practicing COVID. One woman had an ankle monitor and others were very shady, some smelled of marijuana. I was shocked. I never got to meet the doctor as promised. I had to bring my own medical clearance as they instructed and only at that time and not before did they say I was missing some tests. They made me take the tests there and I had to pay in CASH. I was assured the OR would be better circumstances than the office. I was not. My blood pressure was thru the roof. I was scared at what I witnessed, they were not prepared to do my surgery correctly. I sent previous quotes and photos that were never shown to the doctor. To be honest the whole operation is a [censored] show. The night before the surgery I researched CG cosmetics when previously I only researched my doctor who has high marks. The clinic Has the worst reviews and even some deaths. Its hard to believe that with all that is known about this clinic that is allowed to do business in the state. The owner served time in jail at some point and keeps changing the name of the clinic. The state is responsible for allowing this clinic to operate!
