I went today to Dolphin and tile carpet company in West Kendall and purchased tile. I told the salesman that I was going to need the merchandise in 9 days. He went ahead and processed payment and was supposed to call me later in the day to let me know when would the merchandise be available. After multiple calls, he then said that the merchandise was going to take 2-3 weeks for arrival. I went ahead and asked the gentleman to confirm and he said he did not have the information and now I have to wait until next day. I asked for the transaction to be cancelled and he told me "no refunds allowed"; I told him I am not returning anything because I do not have any merchandise in my hands. He refused to cancel the order.
Desired outcome: the desire outcome is that before a sale is made that the company informs the customer right then and there when the merchandise will be available
