Outback Steakhouse - Steak

Yesterday, we ordered rib-eye and children's joey steak. The rib-eye was thin and not good. The children's joey steak, smelled bad and was full of fat. My son could not eat it. We wanted to let the manager know, not because we wanted a discount on the bill, but if my son would have finished the steak, I fear he may have gotten sick. When the manager arrived at the table, her approach was "I heard there's a problem". We specifically told her we were only looking to give them feedback and make sure nobody else had the same experience or possible get sick, she said she would go smell the steak... really, not at all concerned about what were saying. This was reckless and careless on Outback's behalf.

Desired outcome: Our desired outcome is that they actually care about what they are serving in the kitchen and the manager.

Outback Steakhouse - Food service / curbside

On Sunday, April 30,2023 at approximately 7:21 pm I placed an online order at the Flagler Miami outback location for delivery. I called for an update on my order at 8:08 pm and the curbside employee very politely explained the door dash delivery driver had not picked up my order. I waited until 9:10 pm and called back and asked to speak with a manager. The manager explained the delivery driver never came to pick up my order and I asked if I could drive to pick up my order because I had not eaten dinner and was waiting for 2 hours for my food. When I arrived at the restaurant I was given cold food and my order wasn't correct, for example I asked for a baked potato and received mash potatoes and I asked for ranch dressing and I got Cesar. My streak was over cooked and hard as a rock. I called the manager back and asked for a refund and she said "we are busy right now so I'm gonna have to call you back". Complete disregard for my issue. She never called me back about my issue and this is a complete disregard for customer service. Im requesting a refund to my order under check # 274 in the amount of $69.52. Thank you and look forward to hearing back from you.

Jonathan Leon

Desired outcome: Full refund in the amount of $69.52
