I paid half up front ($ 2600.oo) and they picked up my HOME furnishings and went to my warehouse to pick up my business items ( restaurant equipment) contract stipulated 7-14 business days ( signed aug 31 2012) and my stuff is NOT delivered; comopany is NOT responding to all my calls/ texts/ emails... valued tangibly at $22, 500.oo ( on contract) Have filed complaints with miami BBB ( worthless), , , Fla Dept of Consumer Services ( cs# [protected]) and today filing with FL state attorney general. Company TRIED to tell me that shipment arrived about 16 days after but NO ONE WAS THERE TO RECEIVE so now I owe an additional $450.oo...I agreed to pay extortive money and now they arent to be found as I had attorney and police attempt to contact them. Tosay I am contacting Federal DOT to file comprehensive complaint
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
