I am writing this to a complaint about poor customer service I experienced from your employee, Michael Odom. It is also to draw your kind attention in regard to his ineptness and unprofessionalism. I had a scheduled appointment on October 7, 2022 for services for my car. When I arrived, I explained what I needed to be done. Michael with an aggressive tone stated, "let me ask you something, so when you called to scheduled, what did you ask for to get done?" He continued to state that "if you didn't say everything that needed to be done to your vehicle it couldn't be done today, I am very busy and you are cutting into people times." Once again, I had scheduled my appointment with Tire Kingdom with the necessary issues that needed to addressed. I made a purchased for 4 new tires in 2022 with your company. Michael searched in the system and immediately stated rudely, "NO, YOU DIDN'T!" Gracefully, I had my invoice of my past visit to show him proof, since he claims to not have found me in the system. I asked for his name and he disregarded what I had asked. Then he stated, let's see what I can do. After this, he took my car in to shortly after state that I had an unrepairable tire and it needed to be replaced. He stated he did not have the tire in stock. Michael stated, "let see what I can do." So he stated that a plug will be placed in the area and hopefully it will not leak. He checked it again and said that it was fine. Now I am concern because he stated to me that it was unrepairable. I was waiting from my vehicle for 3 hours and noticed his behavior with different customers. Two people that were not even scheduled he accommodated without any issues. The next day I went to a different location of Tire Kingdom. This place was more pleasant and inviting with any issues or concerns. When my tire was checked, the employee did not understand why and how Michael would have placed a plug and let me drive off with my vehicle in that condition. I was told it is unrepairable and that I needed a new tire. This could have caused me a possible accident driving. Was it purposely done? This was an appalling experience with Michael Odom and his behavior. I was both shocked and disappointed to have been treated in this manner. I trust that this is not the way Tire Kingdom handles business. I just hope that issues such as MICHAEL can be addressed appropriately.
