Went to Wawa convenient store on January 14th around 5:30 pm maybe I believe I was on pump 5 2 children and small maltese. This was during moving so we're tired. Go in and purchased 1 item 24pk Busch Light Cans I believe $14.99 tax =$16.04 I know the.04 is correct because I'd always forget. So I gave lady $20.05 told her to put remaining balance on pump. She put's $2.94 Nope sorry u owe me pretty sure exactly $3 more for fuel. Why would I put $2.94 only in a Mercedes' which isn't even a gallon. Press call button no one answers I go inside wait in line leaving children in car (never do) so wrong anywho she's like what did u buy? I tell her she's looking back unable to find tells me ok I'll take care of it. I go back outside pump still not set ring call button no one answers I stand there she does absolutely nothing now I'm pissed I hit call buttton again and said u know what lady if u can hear me kick rocks and keep my freaking money I called unable to phone hung up on me and I'm disabled so much pain I'm pissed no receipt and she couldn't find me

I'm very disappointed on WAWA's gas credit card. It doesn't give you any benefits what so ever. It gives only 15 days to pay and no grace period like a regular credit card does. If we pay late, there's a late fee and can't be waived as a first time courtesy. If you're late with the payment they decline the service and then cancel the cards. I called customer service and they never told me that it would have to be reactivated and there would be a fee. Its horrible and no discounts for having their card.
