I had to repeat my order five times, that wasn't even the problem. When
she gave me my total and told me to pull around she obviously didn't
realize her head set was still on and proceeded to say "oh my god that
customer was difficult". I pulled around to the window and she
didn't look up at me once. She handed me my food and slammed the drive
through window. And my food wasn't even right. I do not plan on EVER
going back to this poorly run establishment. They need new attitudes.
This was not my first bad experience. I had gone before and they messed
up my food so I drove back through and they did it wrong again. So I
drove through again and when I got to the window I could hear the
kitchen employees yelling about how they "just made this ### twice
already, why I gotta keep making this ###, Im not going to make it again...oo yeah I'm gunna
wrap that up real nice." Needless to say I was afraid to even eat my
food because the kitchen was apparently pissed and I wouldn't put it
past them to spit in my food. I would not recommend visiting this
location EVER. The worst customer service I have ever received! (I work
in restaurant business so I know customers drive you crazy sometimes but
there is NO excuse to treat a customer that way)
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
