Closets by Design

On February 8, 2021, the Closet by Design of Orlando sent the design Debby to my house to design a closet for my bathroom. At the time, I had made other quotes with other prominent companies in the closet segment, to name one, Home Depot. But as I believed that Closet by Design was a reputable company in the market and respected its customers, so I opted to hire them to provide the closet installation service that I dreamed of, a dream that turned into a nightmare.
Debby asked me to pay in advance 50% of the total value of the project, which was $ 2, 500.00, I paid $ 1, 250.00 on my debit card, providing my card number to the office at Closet by Design of Orlando, more specifically, for Carlos. After that, the company did the scheduling to install the closet on March 5, 2021. The closet installed by them has nothing to do with the designed by the Debby. After the installers installed the closet I immediately called Debby, she came to my house on the next day and said: "Wow, the closet didn't look like the way I designed it, and that she couldn't do anything about it and advised me to get in contact at Closet by Design office of Orlando." I called the office and talked to Carlos, who is responsible for the company, he said: "I can't do anything either."
So, I decide to temporarily suspend the check of $ 1, 250.00, referring to the remaining 50% of the total value of the project, until the company Closet by Design redoes the job done poorly by them. But Carlos told me that he was not going to do anything in relation to what happened.
It is worth remembering that the Debby told me that any problem that occurred after the installation, I would be guaranteed with insurance and that the insurance would cover any eventualities after installation, but Carlos told me that it will not cover anything, that the project that was installed was what I had hired and this is how my closet would stay.
I temporarily suspend Closet by Design check´s so they would send a team to fix my closet. Carlos, who represents the company, used my debit card without my authorization and withdrew from my account the remaining amount of the project without fixing the poor work done by the company. If that weren't enough, then he had the audacity to call me, laughing at my face and at my situation, saying that I suspended the check but it didn't do any good and that he wouldn't do anything else to help me.
I am still trying to solve this problem and neither Debby, Carlos nor Closet by Design of Orlando are doing anything to solve the poor job done by them. My closet is simply, ridiculous, badly installed, unregulated, uneven, it is a horrible thing that I have never seen in my life, the work, the details, everything very badly done, the closet is crooked, when I enter my bathroom it is very clear that the closet is crooked and uneven, you can't see it right by photo, but when you measure it, you can see the slop job they did in my closet, the top part is crooked on one side, the bottom part is crooked to the other side, the top of the closet has been installed with a board that has been completely damaged, I´m afraid to open the drawers, because it looks like they are going to fall, they are all loosen and open.
I would like to reaffirm, Debby at the time of selling the project told me that it had insurance, that the insurance covered everything, even defects. Carlos, told me that if I want them to fix the closet, I have to pay another $ 500.00, but I said how I am going to pay for your mistakes, the project cost was $ 2, 500.00 and they are trying to charge me more money for the incompetence of the company´s itself. Debby drew, added the details on the project and I accepted according to the design sold to me at the time, now the company comes to install the closet and installs everything wrong, everything done poorly, with damaged products and without following the design designed by Debby, the project installation by Closet by Design of Orlando was something completely different from what I thought, dreamed and hired.
