Blm and anti police t-shirts suffolk va location. Will never do business there again. Have alerted our police so they don't get a surprise in their food. Also my salad had hard unripe avocado, husband's sandwich was sloppy. Ordered online as usual, must have new manager because we never had issues before this... Stupid for the price paid for these items!
Desired outcome: Stop allowing non corporate wear
Panera Bread - poor customer service
I am extremely disappointed in Panera Bread and highly recommend against anyone ever ordering catering from them. They are always late in getting my order together and most times it's wrong and they don't even apologize for their lack of effort. This last time I ordered from them their computers went down while they were charging my credit card. I received no receipt and they weren't even sure if the charge went through. I came back later to allow them to charge my credit card again and when I checked my account I noticed I was charged twice and the amounts were different. So I went back a third time to straighten it out and they refused to refund my money. I brought a statement with me to show proof of the error and they still refused. I called and asked what could be done and the manager screamed at me on the phone and said I need to bring in a bank statement to prove my "story" as he called it. So I the GM finally called me and I had to bring a statement yet again and he finally refunded me but it was the wrong amount, yet again. So at this point I've given up trying to correct this error. I highly recommend to anyone thinking of ordering catering from them to avoid it at all costs and I would be happy to share with you many more places that are much better options for catering.

Panera Bread on 1960 in Houston. Counter help is new, they are overwhelmed. Asked for sliced not toasted bagel. Counter person slices and then puts in toaster. Other counter person had to have assistance making change. It is now slow and inefficient. What happened to all the good folks there? I don't have time to wait, wait in the line there. Manager oblivious.
Even though the board may have said 75 cents for a shot of espresso, you still had to pay for the coffee AND the shot. I get this all the time where I work, at a coffee shop. A single shot costs a lot less than a drink with an extra shot added. Most likely, if you pitched a fit every time you ordered the coffee with a shot about how it was supposed to be only 75 cents, the person working probably just overrode the system or didn't punch it in so you could have your precious shot, just to get you out of their face and keep you from going online and making aimless complaints against the store. You should probably chill out about a shot of espresso, it is, in the grand scheme of things, something you don't need and are lucky to be able to afford while some people in this world can't even afford food.
I just walked over Panera as I do most days to get a coffee. I asked to add a shot of espresso and they charged me for an espresso. I said no it is 75 cents, look at your board. She said I don’t know any other way to add it. I told her to get a manager and the lady next to her said she was a manage and there was no way to add a shot. I have had this happen before but there was always someone that could figure out how to add a shot of espresso. This time they were rude. The manager said there is no other way as if I was lying. And they said do you want it or not, cause I was obviously taking too much time as none of them, not even the manager, knew how to work the registers. So I walked over there for nothing and now have to go to dunken donuts to get a coffee. Train your employees how to use the registers!
