This is the second time within 3 months that I have been inconvenienced by your grooming staff. I make appointments in advance only to show up to the store and see a sign on the door that says NO GROOMERS TODAY. I received no phone call and was late for work because I had to take my dog back home and then proceed to work. Today my appt was at 10am and I received a phone message around 9 am stating that the groomer called out. We love our pets and their care is a priority for us. Your staff should take pride in their jobs enough to show up on time, as scheduled, when customers are depending on them for a service. Once was enough. Twice..Unacceptable and Unprofessional. Get it together Petco! You are losing our trust!-Bree
