Taco Bell - customer service

We walked in and was told we had to use the kiosk. We were paying cash so she had to help us any way. However her boyfriend came in so she had to chat with him and get their food before taking our cash. We waited almost 40 minutes for our food as a result. I will never be a customer at this location. Her name was kaylee or something similar. Usually i love taco bell however i have a bad taste in my mouth now.
