Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the service I received at your Semoran location, particularly from an employee named Terry.
On several occasions, I brought my vehicle to Tire Kingdom for what should have been a routine air conditioning repair. The employees went back and forth on what could be the issue and even told me to purchase a blower motor, placed it on the car, did not check to see if it worked, charged me $80 and the air in fact did not work. We brought my car back, and Terry was the technician assigned to work on my car. However, the outcome of this service has been nothing short of a nightmare. Terry, although fixing the air conditioning, managed to cause severe damage to multiple other crucial components of my vehicle.
The list of damages is extensive. As a result of Terry's actions, my vehicle's working headlights, tail lights, blinker, radio, inside lights, horn, and trunk have all become non-functional. To add to my disbelief, Terry informed me that he was unable to repair the damages he had caused and advised me to seek assistance elsewhere. I told him that was unacceptable and asked him to work on it again, he did but could not fix it and referred me to another shop, gave me his phone number and said to text him the quote because he would pay for it.
Subsequently, I sought repairs from the referred auto service provider, incurring a significant bill amounting to $300 for the necessary repairs to rectify the extensive damage caused by Terry. When the repair shop contacted Terry, to my astonishment, he then denied any involvement in the damages and refused to fulfill his commitment to cover the bill.
This entire experience has not only left me with a vehicle in disrepair but has also led to significant financial inconvenience due to Terry's actions and his subsequent refusal to take responsibility. I am deeply disappointed with the service I received and Terry's unprofessional conduct.
I kindly request a prompt resolution to this matter. I expect Tire Kingdom to take responsibility for the actions of your employee, Terry, and reimburse the $300 I had to pay to fix the damages caused by his negligent service. If this issue is not addressed satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to pursue further action to seek redress.
I trust that you will treat this complaint with the seriousness it deserves and promptly rectify this situation to restore my faith in your company's service standards.

Desired outcome: Refund the bill
Tire Kingdom - bad service not truthful
My husband toOK in his vehicle to be inspected, due to him noticing that his car was overheating. So because we just moved to this new location, he thought going to this tire kingdom would be the best option since it was clost to our home. Well the sales worker toOK the vehicle quoted him a price just to do the oil change and than later stated that he had all of these things wrong with his car. So my husband thought why not, its an older vehicle lets get the car serviced for what was told needed to be replaced. Than they stated that the price was going to be $460.00 so my husband paid that along with the $50.00 for the high mileage oil change. Later My husband came and pick up the vehicle, paid for it and than left. So while he drove the car home, it overheated. My husband than called them and told them what toOK place, so he dropped the car off and than they stated to him that they will take a loOK of it free of charge since he just paid to get things fix on it. So my husband called to see if they fixed what was wrong and when it will be ready to be picked up. So than they stated to him its his water pump and that's the cause for the over heating which total to be $250.00 so my husband was so disgusted and stated to them that he didn't have the money and that he paid them practically $570.00 already. So he stated for them to just to hold off on fixing that until he calls them back to give them the OK to fix it while he loOKs to see how he can get that amount of money. So than they stated that they will go ahead and hold on to the car not letting it account any storage holding fee. So, later we were able to come up with the $250.00 and my husband later called to see if they can price it lower than $250.00 and the gentleman later stated no, they have come down on the price already. So of course that was hard to believe. So out of the goodness and respectfulness of my husband we were on our way to pick up the car, when my husband said to himself lets call them so they can know that we are on our way to pick up the vehicle. Sadly to say when we made that call the manger stated that the vehicle is ready to be picked up and the total due is $301.00 which was very upsetting. I can go on about the HORRIBLE SERVICE that was given. I can truly say that we will never go to TIRE KINGDOM EVER AGAIN!
