Store 156 in Plantation FL has been serving my in laws pool for over 1 year. As of 4/42023 the gentleman Sergio has not been coming to their home. He stated that the pump was not working, the tag must have blown away or the rain swept it away. I have receipts dated 1/2023 that the pump was in fact replaced and working. In addition, the switch was just off. Had he been there and looked he would have seen. He then stated he spoke to my mother in law. Well, she has dementia and does not leave her room.
I went to the store where John called me a liar. I am so unhappy and disgusted with the abuse and taking advantage of the elderly.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of the month that they charged but did not come.
