On 11/7/19 we bought a uses 2018 Ford Ecosport. We finalized the deal and went home only to find out it was advertised at a lower price on the internet than we bought it.
WE traded in a 2017 Ford Escape that twice during long trios had the battery light go off. Once in Georgia where they said, it was the battery and replaced, and the second in Tennessee and they said the first company forgot to rest the codes. Two times in two trips was a sign that the car cannot be trusted during long trips, so we got a smaller SUV .
When i came in to ask about the difference in pricing from the internet( in which i have copies) they said that was before the Port Richey advantage was added ($1875). It is added to all cars, however it is NOT advertised that way until you come in and sit down with the salesman who then tells you the additional $1875 is added to every car and you cannot turn it down.
I think at the very least this a deceptive advertising, baiting you to come in with a lower price but adding on $1875 to every car weather you want it or not. To me its a great way for the dealer to make money no matter the price he sells it at because i would think a high majority of people do not use the additional product add-on, which then gives the dealership pure profit.
Classic bait ans switch with a twist.
Like Ford cars but in the future i believe i will work with a hopefully better local dealer than Ford of Port Richey.

I just got back home after waiting 2 1/2 hours for an oil change with a scheduled appointment. Other places that have done my oil change take about 30 to 45 minutes for this service so I would like to know why it takes so long for this service to perform this simple task. It took, what I thought a lengthy amount of time before the advisor came out to see me and that was only after he took the person behind me first, a man, I am female and a senior.
