I purchase two back tires for my 2013 smart car on July 23 2018 as I'm driving to work my low tire light keeps coming on, so my husband puts air in one of them and again I drive the car light comes on again so I called tire kingdom where I purchase the tire on Jan 8 2019, its been 5 months and the guy told me to bring in the car to check! the guy back to tell me I had no warranty, I told him what you mean, he said you purchase standard tire, I intern said no one told me about standard or other tire Quality I have to purchase, I spent $171 dollars for one tire and you telling me you can't replace my tire.. he said that the tire had a little hole in it (no nail) so I said you guys sold me a damaged tire and I suppose to except this... its a shame that when a woman buys parts for a car with no knowledge of warranty or etc... never did they offer me any type of warranty of insurance on the two tires I bought which one of them was damaged..

I work for the government and I always give excellent customer service, customer is always right.
