Texas Roadhouse

We have been loyal customers to TEXAS Roadhouse located at 13006 S. US Highway 301, Riverview, FL 33578 since it opened several years ago. We have never had a negative experience at this location. The Manager Gregg, is unbillable, he is all over the restaurant as well as attending customers to insure that they are 100% satisfied. (WE ARE). This evening, our group was 11 family members. The restaurant was very busy as usual. Upon arrival, Gregg was assisting the receptionists with several groups that had just arrived as well as our larger group. Our table was assigned to a server named ALYSSA. This young lady was a true professional. Her attention to each and every member at our table was without a doubt, among the best that we have seen. Her presentation, explanations as well as attention to detail were remarkable. If you offered me $10,000.00 in exchange for any negative comments, I will have to pass, for ALYSSA was great and made us feel welcomed from start to finish. Thanks to Gregg “THE MANAGER” for his ongoing assistance throughout the restaurant, the constant attention to all customers and his never ending involvement and supervision to all personnel including the kitchen as well as all the customers, the good, the bad and the ugly.

We dine at this location as well as take out an average two times per week.
