Outback Steakhouse

05/17/2021 at 5pm eastern time. MY husband and I decided to sit at the bar to eat at the southern blvd location in RPB, FLA, it was very empty everywhere inside and we wanted fast service. My husband went to the bathroom and I sat down at the bar. No bartender around so a waitress name Jessica came up to me wearing a mask and asked if she could get me a drink while I wait on the bartender. So I told her we saw the $5 drink specials coming in, Ill take a jim beam and coke for my husband and a absolute vodka and lemonaide and water for me. She was talking so fast I couldn't comprehend what she was saying but, I got "rock"and its like a double for less than a dollar more. I asked her are you suggesting a brand of booze rock what? She saw the bartender return and looked at him and said "she thinks rock a something is a brand" and started laughing, then walked over to the other 2 waitresses by a computer and started talking about me thinking rocka something was a brand. So up walks the bartender. I asked him what was she saying ROCKA WHAT? He said rocka pour and it's a double for less money. I said well I understand you and why didn't she just say you can upgrade for less thana doulbe. I could not comprehend the rock a something she was going so fast. Jessica was talking so fast I couldn't comprehend her through her mask. Meanwhile Jessica walked by laughing looking at us. The bartender says. "SHES known for coming up here all aggressive and scarying the customers" I said shes was super aggressive and I couldn't understand what she was saying through the mask and talking so fast. Im just out of surgery mohs procedure on my back for melanoma cancer, smoked two puffs of my medical marijuanna and Im going very slow and easy, she was going at 100 mph. So, he makes our drinks we let it go. I mean it's over right. Then while were sitting at the bar looking at the menu, Jessica walks by and yells, "Im now super aggressive thats funny". As she looks over at us. SO the bar only has 4 other people sitting spread far apart. We can easily view her walking to the tables and serving them by the bar. I ask the bartender, hey did you tell her I said super aggressive AFTER you called her aggressive he said yes. I told him he just fueled the flames. SO this time Jessica walks past the bar again but them comes past behind me making comments. I said thats it shes intimidating me. She's becoming more aggressive. I just had mohs procedure on my back outpatient for melanoma cancer and I chose to eat at outback while Im still numb to enjoy a nice dinner and this Jessica is acting so aggressive and yelling things, pacing past me. We finished our drinks they were good. We wanted to pay the tab and leave but again the bartender was nowhere. So we waved over a lady near the bar she said she was just the hostess not the manager. No manager available. So we had to wait on the bartender to come back out of the kitchen area and paid the tab then went up the street to Park ave bbq. This was at the southern blvd location in RPB FL 05/17/20201 around 5pm. This person has a reputation with the other staff for her aggressive behavior and that's acceptable? somethings wrong here.
