AAMCO Transmissions - Poor work performance

My brakes abruptly required intense pressure to operate. I brought my truck to AAMCO on N. Florida Ave. in Tampa on the morning of 11/22/2021. I was told they required a part to fix the problem and it could take some time. The next afternoon I went to pick up my truck. I was told they had installed a brake booster and that the brakes worked fine now and that they "even added a little cushion to them." Whatever that meant. They charged me $659.68. The moment I placed my foot on the brake to start it up, I could feel that it was still like stepping on a cinderblock. I had to return to work, I had no way to get home if I returned the truck to them, they'd just lied to my face, so it's not like I could trust them to fix the issue. The next day after work, I took the truck to AAMCO in Plant City. The mechanic who test drove it declared it "unsafe to drive"! They couldn't understand why the truck had even been returned to me by the Tampa AAMCO without fixing the issue it had been brought there for. Short-handed, I was told they couldn't work on it for days. The next day I brought it to the Toyota dealership in Lakeland and described the problem and told them what had been done to it. Three hours later they told me that the brake booster had not been installed properly and a loose bolt was causing it to shift. They charged me $82.77. Why would you tell a customer their brakes were working fine when it was obvious they were not? Did they not test drive it? As mentioned, I knew the problem was still there before I even started it up to leave! They actually moved the truck from where they'd parked it to closer to the office so I could take it home... so whomever drove it KNEW the brakes were still astonishingly stiff! So, how do you come up with a story that everything's fine when it isn't? Why lie? How do you do a sloppy job like that and not know it?

Desired outcome: It would be nice if they refunded the cost to get the problem that they didn't fix fixed, and I wouldn't mind being refunded the labor cost for installing the brake booster since they failed to resolve the initial complaint.
