Walmart - $100 gift card

I followed all of the steps with get my reward, to get a $100 gift card from walmart. I purchased the one silver deal has they asked, the screen said that it was finished and I have a confirmation from abc mouse, that the books will be sent. But get my reward has not confirmed that my $100 gift card is indeed being sent.
Is this company a scam and do I need to make a report to the bbb and to walmart for the fraud?
